Beautiful beach house, very well built, its structure allows a second floor and an authorization to build on the plot can be easily gotten. There are two suites with air conditioning and each one has an exclusive little veranda. The kitchen is broad and integrated to the living/dining room, which also supplied with two verandas, one facing the entrance and another facing the bottom of the plot, the latter turned to a nice green area.
